STRICKLER LAW OFFICE was founded in 2010 by attorney Mary Ann Strickler.  Previously, she was an associate attorney for local lawfirms from 1995 through 2010, before opening her own lawfirm in order to better service her many clients.  Ms. Strickler and her staff are dedicated to the highest degree of excellence.  Strickler Law Office clients include landlords, business owners, homeowners associations, property management companies, and individuals.  We offer personalized legal representation, that is quick and efficient.

Ms. Strickler received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, in 1995.  Her practice emphasizes landlord-tenant matters, commercial leases, homeowners associations, estate planning and probate.  Ms. Strickler is especially proud that many of her clients come from referrals from other satisfied clients, local attorneys, and business professionals.

Ms. Strickler is especially proud of her work and life experiences, which led to her chosen profession.  These include living and teaching in Africa; working with migrant farm workers in Florida; and teaching English as a second language to refugees.  She is challenged every day to help her clients get through some of the most stressful and difficult issues they may face in their lifetime, while maintaining professionalism and a calmness that her clients have come to count on from her.  Ms. Strickler makes it a priority to educate her clients on the issues that face them, to better understand the matter at hand, with the goal of avoiding future legal problems.

Ms. Strickler is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Thurston County Bar Association.  She recently served as a Board Member for the Dispute Resolution Center of Thurston County, and the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, Olympia Corps.  She also enjoys being a grandmother, the theater, music and reading.
